6 months

Oh wow, 6 months is fun.  Why is it so fun?  Well, tc learned to sit.  Not just kind of tripod, but full on sit with no support.  He started that about two weeks or so before his birthday, right in time for Gigi and Grandpa Chuckie to see.  So, forget rolling, he's not really a fan.  We're moving right on to sitting.  Next up is crawling so I think we're in trouble.  Time to start babyproofing.

This month's stats- TC weighs in at a whopping 17lb, 4 oz.  Yep, he's a big boy.  He moved up beyond the 25th % so that's pretty exciting given that he's now back where he's supposed to be.  He's 27 inches tall which is about 50%.  His giant head is 18 inches which is right at 98%.  He's going to be a smart one, that boy.

This has been a busy month.  Learning to eat.  Visiting with Gigi and Chuckie.  Shots.  Always more shots.

TC has been to book babies.  Its his first foray into education.  We join a bunch of other moms and dads and do nursery rhymes, read boardbooks, blow bubbles.  The first day we went, TC's eyes got really big and he started babbling away at everyone around him.  He was so excited to see all the babies.

The only thing that kind of sucks is sleep.  He's a good sleeper, but he's also a good eater and wants to eat all night.  Sure would be nice to sleep more than 3-4 hours at a time.  Oh well, that'll be coming.  There have also been several nights where I"ve enjoyed snuggling with my little dude after being at work all night.  He's not a big snuggler so I get my hugs where I can.
